Devan Fross

Devan was born and raised in Lander. When she graduated from Lander Valley High School, she went on to study fine art and psychology at the University of New Mexico. In 2010, she returned to Lander and finished her B.A. at the University of Wyoming. While she attended college in New Mexico, she discovered a love of many things, including non-profit work. After graduation, she began working in public schools in 2014, and, in 2020, she finished a dual degree in special education and early elementary education.

Devan is passionate about the power of education (in all forms) and the value of lifelong learning. She is also an advocate for students who learn differently. Currently, Devan teaches special education to middle school students, makes fine art in her home- studio, and tries to keep up with three kids and two dogs.

She loves the beauty in simple things and appreciates the value of connection built in strong communities. Her experience with Womentum in 2021 left her revived and gave her a stronger sense of connection with the tremendous women in Lander. Devan joyfully joined the board to give back to the incredible work being done to help local women connect, inspire, and thrive.
