Lander Womentum seeks to create personal and professional connections among women. We bring self-identified women together for inspiration through connection with others whom they may not have occasion to interact with in their daily lives. Lander Womentum participants are doing large and small things to make our world a better place.
The nature of the connections requires trust in each individual’s ability to hold confidentiality and respect for other perspectives as a top priority. We ask participants to be willing to be vulnerable and bring their authentic selves as members of a cohort.
We have found that a smaller group size helps to develop the kinds of meaningful and dynamic interactions ripe for personal development, brave vulnerability, and generating new ideas. For these reasons, the Leadership Team limits the cohort size to 16-18 individuals, depending on the year. Applicants who are not offered a spot in the current cohort are prioritized the following year.
Your presence is what makes this program special! While we hope you can join us for every monthly program, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure you feel fully integrated into the cohort and earn your Alumni status, we ask that you miss no more than two sessions (see below dates).
We also encourage you and your partner to find a rhythm that works for you—even a few hours a month can make a world of difference in building a meaningful partnership.
When we all arrive ready to dive in, the rewards for everyone are even greater!

Selection Process
The Leadership Team will review applications with the goal of creating a cohesive cohort, where every individual feels challenged—yet comfortable enough to be vulnerable—as we tackle complicated and personal topics. We take into consideration applicants’ schedules and goals, as well as the interests and diversity of the group/cohort. If you are not selected this year, we maintain a waiting list and encourage you to apply again.

Applicants must confirm their acceptance into the program.
Sept. 10, 2026
Applicants will be notified who their mentoring partner is. We ask that you meet with your partner prior to our kickoff gathering Oct 8th.
Cost
Once accepted into the program, there is a $150 participation fee to cover program expenses, such as program materials and event rental space. Payment is expected at the Kickoff Event. Cash and checks (to “Lander Womentum”) are accepted, or credit cards can be used on our website, using the “donate” button and marking the payment as “Program Fee.” We also offer scholarships; to inquire, email connect@landerwomentum.org.
