Jen Pryor can usually be found chasing after her two little girls, Caroline and Charlotte, on their family ranch near Lander. Originally from California, she studied Art History and Business at the University of Redlands and Art Business at Sotheby’s Institute. She brought to Lander her experience as a curator, event organizer, art gallery director, and auction house cataloguer.

Jen and her husband moved to her husband's hometown of Lander in 2013. She put her organizational skills to work at NOLS as their Wilderness Medicine Registrar and made a home with her husband in a tiny log house, where they welcomed their two daughters into their family. Wanting to incorporate her love for design and organizational skills into something that created value for the community and for herself, she started Gather Events Co. in 2019. Her team specializes in full service planning for destination weddings in Jackson Hole. In 2020 she started an interior design side hustle, and is currently taking on local projects in Lander and pursuing a graduate certificate in Interior Architecture through UCLA.

With two other Lander women (also Womentum alumnae), Jen founded The Bossert Collective, a nonprofit that strives to promote cultural understanding through public art. The Collective currently has two murals in the works on prominent Lander Main Street buildings.

Jen is honored to be part of the Lander Womentum Leadership Team. Through Womentum, she feels connected with like-minded women in the community. Her year as a participant in Womentum (2019-2020) challenged her beliefs and brought new ideas to light. "Womentum gave me permission to connect with women I admired in an authentic way," Jen says, "I feel so lucky to continue my Womentum experience as part of the Leadership Team!"
