Bailey Lazzari
Bailey Lazzari told herself she would live in Lander for six months and then move on… that was in 2017, and she hasn't thought about leaving since. Since then, Bailey has opened Lazzari Legal, LLC, an all-women criminal defense and civil rights firm, that focuses on keeping top notch legal representation available to those who need it, while taking on cases that will have a large impact effectuating change in the community.
Bailey takes pride in empowering other women like herself to be the powerhouses they were meant to be and strives to create a culture that leads with empathy and looks out for one another.
When Bailey isn't challenging legal bullies and corrupt state actors in the courtroom, she can be heard yelling at her two untrained dogs to "Please just come and I promise I will give you a treat!" in Red Canyon where she lives with her partner overlooking the Wind River Mountains. She loves cooking and reading every cookbook she can get her hands on from cover to cover. She hikes whenever time allows, and when she feels like she has walked long enough, she enjoys taking her Shasta trailer out with her partner and pretending they are "roughing it".
When participating in Cohort 7, Bailey Lazzari knew she had found her people and is excited to continue outreach with such a powerful, ever growing group of women.
